Contact Neutronium: Parallel Wars: Design Team, Press, and Collaboration
Neutronium: Parallel Wars is designed and developed by Vladislav Tsaran. This page covers how to reach the team depending on your inquiry type — whether you are a content creator, a prospective playtester, a retailer, or just someone with a question that belongs somewhere other than Discord.
For Press and Content Creators
If you cover board games — whether through video, written review, podcast, or streaming — and are interested in Neutronium: Parallel Wars, the team actively welcomes press engagement. The game is in active development ahead of its Kickstarter campaign, and building informed coverage before launch is a priority.
Review copy requests are evaluated based on audience fit and content format rather than audience size alone. A well-matched reviewer with a smaller but relevant audience is given the same consideration as a large general-interest channel. When reaching out, include your outlet name, a brief description of your typical content format, and the type of coverage you are considering — first impression, full review, designer interview, playthrough video, or written preview.
Preview embargo policies are documented on the /media page alongside downloadable press assets, high-resolution images, and the press kit. Asset requests for logos, box art, and component photography can be submitted via the same page. For any press inquiry, Discord's #press channel is the fastest route. Email is available for formal requests where a written record is preferred — expected response time for press email is within 48 hours during active pre-Kickstarter periods.
The team is available for designer interviews, podcast appearances, and community Q&A sessions. If you are interested in a live design conversation rather than standard press coverage, note that in your initial message and it will be routed accordingly.
For Playtesters
The Neutronium: Parallel Wars playtesting program is one of the longest-running elements of the game's development — the MEQA framework that governs testing has been in active use since 2001 with a documented 25-year history. Joining the playtesting program means participating in a structured process, not an informal playthrough. Sessions are designed to test specific mechanics under controlled conditions, and testers are asked to provide structured feedback using the session documentation format rather than general impressions.
Playtesting currently runs in two formats. Tabletop Simulator sessions on Steam are available worldwide and are the primary format for active testing. Physical sessions take place in Berlin at irregular intervals; if you are Berlin-based and interested in physical testing, note this specifically when joining the Discord. TTS sessions are typically announced in the #playtesting channel 48 to 72 hours in advance and run in groups of 2 to 4 players. Availability fluctuates with development cycles — during active balance passes, sessions are more frequent; during component and production work, testing may pause for weeks at a time.
New testers are welcome to join the program via Discord. Read the #playtesting-info pinned messages before requesting access — they cover the NDA requirements, the session commitment expectation (minimum two sessions per development cycle), and the feedback format. Full details about the program structure, session types, and what the MEQA framework involves are available at /playtesting.
For Retailers and Distributors
Neutronium: Parallel Wars is currently in pre-Kickstarter development phase. The team is not taking retailer orders at this stage. The production pipeline is focused entirely on completing Kickstarter fulfillment before any trade supply commitments are made. Opening trade orders while Kickstarter fulfillment is incomplete would create a supply conflict that the team is not willing to accept — backers come first.
Following Kickstarter fulfillment, trade orders are currently targeted to open in Q1 2027. If you are a retailer or distributor interested in carrying Neutronium: Parallel Wars and would like to be notified when trade orders open, send an email with your region, distribution network, and an approximate order volume expectation. This advance interest list does not constitute a commitment on either side, but it helps the team plan production quantities for the first trade run. All advance interest emails are acknowledged and logged for follow-up when the trade order window opens.
For General Questions
For questions that do not fall into press, playtesting, or retail categories — rules clarifications, general curiosity about the game, questions about the design process, or anything else — Discord is the right first stop. The server has an active community of players and backers who can answer most questions quickly, and the design team participates in general discussion regularly.
Rules questions have a dedicated channel and a pinned FAQ that covers the most common issues; check those before posting. For design process questions, the /designers-notes section covers the major decisions behind the game's mechanics in detail. For general questions that have not found an answer through Discord or the site, the contact form below reaches the team directly.
